Closed: Spice Bazaar on Sundays replaced with other authentic shops in old city.

Morning: You will be picked up from your hotel at approximately 08:00-08:30, depending on the location of your hotel. Half day morning tours terminate at Sultanahmet center in front of Santa Sophia.

Dolmabahce Palace the last residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. Famous with the great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier.
Yildiz Royal Garden was once part of the imperial garden of Yildiz Palace. Extending down the slopes from the palace, this walled park was reserved only for palace dwellers during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II.

TOUR 8:  BOSPHORUS DINNER & CRUISE ON THE BOAT BY NIGHT

A visit to Istanbul is not complete without a traditional and unforgettable boat trip on the Bosporus straight, separating Europe from Asia. Its shores offer a delightful mixture of past and present, grand splendor and simple beauty, decorated with beautiful shorefront wooden villas, marble imperial palaces, stone fortresses, small fishing villages both on both sides..

Cruise - An enchanted night cruise will start while you sip your welcome drink as the sun sets on Istanbul. We will pass beneath the Bosphorus Bridge by moonlight, watching Ciragan and Dolmabahce Palaces on the European shores and Beylerbeyi Palace and Anatolian Fortress on the Asian shores.

Shows - This is not just a cruise, but a traditional way of Turkish entertainment. The program includes shows such as international/Turkish live music, DJ music and belly dancers or other local folk dance performances.  You can be sure it will be a memorable day of your life.

Guests will be collected from hotels between 13:00-13:30 depending on the location of  hotels. A new but very popular point of interest is miniature park at the shore of the Golden Horn in Istanbul called Miniaturk, exhibiting miniature models of most famous Ottoman and Byzantine period monumental attractions from all over Turkey. You will climb to Piere Loti with a mini cable-car, a historical cafe named after well-known orientalist French writer. It is located in Eyup town on the top of a small hill with a great view of Golden Horn. Eyup is lovely town by the far end of Golden Horn famous with its mosques and religious mausoleums, still reflecting perfectly the traditional atmosphere of Ottoman period life style. Eyup Sultan Mosque and his Tomb are the most sacred sites in Istanbul after Mecca and Jerusalem where thousands of faithful pilgrims visit everyday. You will be transferred to your hotel at the end of the tour.

Patriarchate at Fener which is the seat of Orthodox Christianity since Constantine The Great’ s declaration of Christianity as the religion of Roman Empire.
Church of Panagia of Blachernae, the best known and most celebrated shrine of the Holy Virgin famed with the “Hagiasma” (holy water) and the “Hagion Lousma” (sacred bath).
St. Savior in Chora (Kariye Museum) originally a Byzantine monastery with fantastic mosaics and frescoes portraying scenes from a bible, the life and miracles of Jesus.
Anemas Dungeons were part of the Blachernae Palace, unique in the world with its historical and architectural structure. It consists of 14 separate dungeons, each having 2 basements below sea-level with cells for the prisoners and two towers. It was used as a prison for high ranked statesmen.
Tekfur Palace (from outside) built in the 12th century adjacent to the city walls. The only surviving pavillion of the Blachernae Palace.
Byzantine City Walls surrounded the acropolis of Byzantium with 22 kms. long fortification with 96 towers and 9 main gates dating back to the 5th century.
